Cancellation Policy -
If it rains we will still play.
If it thunders while we are playing, everyone will move inside and wait to see if it passes.
If the thunder storms do not pass and pool play has finished, winners will be declared based on overall score, head to head, point differential for the tournament.
Return Policy -
If the tournament is cancelled due to thunder storms the night before a full refund will be given or a spot will be given of equal value in an upcoming tournament.
If a team or individual player withdraws ten days prior to the tournament and that spot can be filled by other players a refund check will be issued.
